I bought a used car here. Nine months later I tried to sell it back to them and it dropped in value by a quarter of the price I paid. These are typical used car lot folks who are in it to max their profits at any cost, while minimizing yours. Go elsewhere, save yourself the sleeze factor.
Went there to have the driver side door fixed because it was getting loose and the bottom part of the front bumper kept falling off. I also had the oil changed. 4 hours and $470 later when I picked it up, nothing that I originally brought it in for was fixed.
Took vehicle for a recall issue and they did an awesome job. They also explained what they were removing. Car was finished earlier than estimated. Would recommend them.

Hawaii Dealerships were purchased late 2023 by Ken GARFF AUTOMOTIVE based in Utah. Not sure if this is why the onslaught- horrible ratings on NUMEROUS websites since. Leased 2023 hybrid electric Niro, which I DID love, from Leeward Dealer although first oil change Airport location. After 8 months,around 8200 miles, all electrical went.. took 2 DAYS to even talk to a person at the Honolulu dealerships location. this included chat on website, leaving urgent phone messages…emailing..no response! JUST HORRIBLE!! I don't know what I start from but especially the owner of the company changed in 2023, even worst... and oh no keep problems happening our our tire after we purchased our brand new car, and after service and their service department was SUCKS. they need better organized, omg I have bad experiences. Very unreliable, long wait for mechanical services, probably because there's a lot of problems with kia vehicles. Kia in waipahu dont care about customers and the service manager said he will not put fault on his employees even though i've been waiting for 4 hours and when i asked for an update the service advisor tells me the work request is on her desk but no one told her about it so its not her fault. Allison has been good to me, she has great customer service- when they say they for the people “with not so good credit” they really are, I was afraid to go and she her because I knew my credit wasn’t all that great but she helped me get out of my oldie car and got me into a 2019 car. I am giving my most fair rating I can. Frankly, I do not know how this place has over a 4 star rating. They advertised a vehicle for a price, then once we got there and expressed interest, they told us it was an error even tho it was advertised on multiple websites(Carfax, their own website, and military websites). They ended up charging +$1k more. They also stated they just received the vehicle and were just finishing the vehicle which was a lie based on information provided by Carfax(had it from a month prior, fixed and detailed). All in ... No doubt the people here are friendly but I can't get past the fact that vehicles are priced well over MSRP. For example I was looking at a Seltos. I asked the dealer for the Trim for a 'Starbright Yellow' Seltos and he looked at the label and told me it was the 'S' Trim. I then asked the price on it and he said $32,000.00. Service recall and oil change Helped by JJ Sanchis Honest and Professional Set up an appointment, they said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It was done on time with a big plus, they washed my car, guess they couldn’t stand a dirty Kia Soul LOL. Thanks for the service, see you for my next service needs.

Darby Collado and Sales Manager Arsenio Blan was super nice and helpful. They helped us pick out a great car. The whole staff were very friendly and welcoming. We always had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships but this was by far the best experience we had. And Darby presented us with a great deal the first time he negotiated. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Aloha Kia in Waipahu.

Joe was on top of everything. We had plenty of questions and he always did his best to find the answers. While we waited for the best vehicle for our growing family, he reached out to us whenever vehicles arrived on island so we can be the first to test drive and possibly purchase the car. The Telluride purchase has been the best purchase thus far and Joe was the main reason for it.
Aloha Kia by the airport has been very inconvenient in service to me for the past 5 days. I get my car regularly maintenance before the service is needed. But their first available appointment wasn’t until a month later. A week later my car engine stopped at a stop light and wouldn’t go when I pressed the gas pedal. Beginning with salesman Martin Kozlik……. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable….. explaining things in terms I could understand. The entire purchase process was seamless….. much of the transaction took place via text, which was extremely helpful to me.
