Responsibilities

  • Greet, Help and Thank each customer daily
  • Maintain a clean and orderly sales and service area
  • Keep service and sales area traffic clear and free flowing. Move vehicles to staging areas and secure and lock all vehicles
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction at District and National Levels
  • Always use good judgement & safe driving skills when operating customers and company vehicles. Handle all vehicles and equipment with extreme care

Tasks & Duties

  • Open and secure and close facilities as directed
  • Deliver and stage vehicles for sales and service as necessary
  • Wash, vacuum & clean vehicles for new, used and service customers
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
  • Clean and maintain customer lounge, showroom, parts and service areas
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with all employees' supervisors, and department managers
  • Run errands and tasks as directed by supervisors/mangers
  • Actively contribute to company's goals and objectives
  • Actively contribute to and participate in all available training
  • Keep a great attitude and always provide exceptional customer service to our internal associates and external customers and guest

Job Information

Reports to: General Manager

Purpose:

The sales representative is responsible for the sale of new and used cars. By his/her initial impression, the Image of the dealership is portrayed. The position requires an individual with excellent people relation skills, product knowledge, and sales ability in following the dealership sales system.

Essential Duties:

  • Acquire and maintain total product knowledge; capability of communicating all features and benefits of all models; effectively sell all models, body styles, and engines as required by management; knowledge of competition’s features, benefits, and shortcomings; effective use of demonstration rides to reinforce product features; knowledge of complete inventory, both in stock and in process; participate in training programs, product seminars, competitive comparison meetings, crest club, certified consumer consultant programs, gold key delivery, etc.
  • Demonstrate professional behavior: treat all customers in an enthusiastic, courteous and helpful manner always striving for complete customer satisfaction; dressing appropriately as defined by dealership policies and procedures refraining from smoking in presence of customers; proper and timely greeting of customers entering the dealership; dealing honestly and accurately with both customers and management; complete all paper work in a timely manner as defined by dealership policy; total compliance with dealership policy with regard to customer follow-up, customer turnover, prospecting, schedule of hours, etc.; assisting all prospects in securing desired consumer protection guides.
  • Generate and maximize unit sales; plan and establish goals on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis daily review of results vs goals; effectively cultivate 100% of market segments through continued awareness of oneself, the dealership; achieve sales volume goals/objectives set individually by management and maintain an effective owner follow-up system; utilize an owner follow-up system that will encourage referral opportunities; utilize phone, mail, civic organizations, personal advertising, and other forms of communications to seek prospects total dedication to the Gold Key delivery’ system.
  • Total understanding of the selling process and the dealership management procedure; demonstrate ability to be capable of discussing the policies of the departments of the dealership; demonstrate profitable use of floor time to effectively close first time prospects, and the total; follow-up of be-back prospects; scheduling deliveries that do not conflict with floor time schedule; following up of be-backs within one (1) day of initial visit; effective introduction of customer to the appropriate manager to insure effective close of vehicle sale, lease, finance, etc. as defined by dealership policy; be knowledgeable of questions concerning extended warranty (CPP); check condition of vehicles scheduled for delivery, always leaving ample time for corrective service if necessary; deliver all vehicles sold personally, always introducing customer to service facility and personnel.F&I penetration.

Other Duties:

  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license.

Job Information

Reports to Assistant Manager / Foreman / Department Managers

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair all service vehicles as directed by the Dispatcher, Supervisor, or Managers
  • Maintain Quality Workmanship to all Manufacturers, Dealer, & Customer's standards.
  • Maintain minimum required production, efficiency, and technician output ratings.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction at District and National Levels.
  • Aid in the development, training, supervision & work quality of lower level technicians.

Tasks & Duties

  • Perform work assigned to you as outlined on the repair order in accordance to Manufacturers and Dealership standards.
  • Inspect vehicles for needed repairs. Inform and provide cost estimates to the Service Advisors.
  • Record causes and corrections on the repair order.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
  • Clean, maintain and return all shop equipment, special tools and shop manuals.
  • Handle all vehicles with care.
  • Attend and participate in all shop and department meetings.
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with all employees' supervisors, and department managers.
