Sales associate Chris was great. Very knowledgeable and respectful. I never felt pressured to buy. Chris didn't sell so much as he answered all my questions patiently. But do your homework. Like most new car buying experience, once you are in their office they will try to get you to buy their car using many of the old tricks. They are trying to make a profit after all. So that's fair and to be expected. They don't disrespect but they wint roll over so easily on your first offer. You can get a fair deal on a new car. Do. Your. Homework.
